Maintain communications and collaboration software such as Google Apps for Domains, Simple Machines Forums, and Atlassian JIRA Bug and Issue tracker in direct support of Agile game development.  Manage co-located and dedicated Windows 2003 servers to host Beta versions of Project software.  Manage team of volunteers that perform systematic software evaluations, issue reporting, and regression testing.  Assess and report confidence levels of various aspects of game software development to guarantee and improve the quality of the overall product.

Upgraded and maintained a 25-user Novell network. Migrated workstations from Windows 3.1 to Windows 95. Purchased and implemented Windows 98 workstations. Re-organized document management system, to include database creation, case tracking, electronic case filing, and off-site document storage facilities.
